IMGUF

Interdisciplinary Microsystems Group (IMG) at UF is a college-wide research program in the College of Engineering that focuses on micro- and nanosystems. IC² was born out of the labs of IMG and we still work closely together to advance the science and technology of precision sensing.

UFNanoscale

IC2 performs much of its MEMS sensor fabrication at the Nanoscale Research Facility (NRF) at UF. The NRF is operated under the Nanoscience Institute for Medical and Engineering Technology (NIMET), a university-wide institute to advance nanoscale science. The NRF offers a Class 100-1000 cleanroom facility for nanofabrication.
