Phil Snarr has developed extensive skills in electronics troubleshooting, repair, and safety protocols throughout his 20+ year career in the U.S. Navy; retiring as Chief Warrant Officer 4 in 2013. Mr. Snarr followed up his service in the Navy by continuing his education at Santa Fe College and then at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL.
